The WINE-STAT can be supplied with 220-240 VAC operation and/or a choice of Celsius or Fahrenheit display for an additional US$25. It will be necessary to utilize two adapter cables for the power input and output of the WINE-STAT which are both standard US-type plug and receptacle. These cables can easily be made up from the two halves of a US-type extension cord which will be supplied with the WINE-STAT along with an instruction diagram. You will need to supply your local plug and receptacle fixtures.
For Australian users, an Australian model WINE-STAT is available for US$194. This model comes equipped with Australian-type plug and receptacle and displays wine temperature in degrees Celsius. (This model is also suitable for New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.)
